Beer consists of 90 percent water! Our brewing water comes from two of the brewery's own wells, pumped from a depth of 160 meters.

ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles has everything a true Bavarian lager needs: it’s smooth and deliciously refreshing. Beaming-bright with a perfect frothy head, it also has a strong visual appeal. On first sip, gently spicy malted barley notes combine with a pleasant hop bitterness to form a well-rounded body. Thanks to its harmonious character, this pale lager from Erding goes down very easily – demonstrating the best qualities of Bavaria’s great brewing tradition.
ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles gets its well-balanced overall impression from careful maturing. Using the traditional process of longer cold storage, ERDINGER‘s master brewers allow it exactly the time it needs to perfectly develop all its aromas. That’s true love of beer.
ERDINGER Brauhaus Helles is brewed using only top-quality ingredients and in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Wonderfully mild, it is best enjoyed at 8°C. First-class Bavarian brewmaster quality without compromise!

Our malt
Malt gives the beer its body and color. Our master brewers select very special barley varieties for malt production.
Our hops
The soul of the beer. Here the ERDINGER master brewers rely on selected hop varieties that give our pale a pleasantly harmonious bitterness.
Our yeast
We only use the best bottom-fermenting pure yeast for our pale ales. This is specially cultivated in our brewery.
